1. Scope
This notice applies to workergo.cn. WorkerGo provides algorithm, robotics, deep-learning, computer-vision, data-governance and research-software engineering services for research institutions and R&D teams.
2. Information collected
For availability and security, server access logs may record the access time, requested address, IP address, browser identifier and response status.
When you submit a project inquiry form, we collect your name, organisation or team, contact details, selected service types, requirement description, submission time, IP address and browser identifier. The form does not support file uploads. Do not submit confidential information, sensitive personal information or unauthorised raw research data in the initial inquiry.
If you contact us by email, we also receive the message and attachments that you choose to provide.
3. Uses
- Respond to technical inquiries and assess service scope;
- Notify the designated business contact of a new inquiry and prevent duplicate or abnormal submissions;
- Maintain website availability, investigate faults and prevent abnormal access;
- Perform agreed contracts, technical appendices and legal obligations.
4. Retention and sharing
Inquiry records that do not proceed to a contract or continuing engagement are generally retained for no longer than 12 months from submission. Records associated with an active project are retained as required for contract performance, accounting and legal obligations. Client identities, project materials and research data are not disclosed to unrelated third parties without authorisation, except where required by law or necessary to perform an agreed contract.
5. Security and rights
Access control, transport encryption, backup and logging measures are used to reduce information risk. You may contact xuzhiyang@winge.com.cn to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, except where retention is legally required.
